Christmas in July: Celebrating Our Volunteers & Welcoming New Ones!
This summer, we’re bringing the holiday spirit to life a little early! Join us for Christmas in July, a festive midyear event designed to show appreciation to our incredible volunteers—and to welcome those who may be interested in joining our volunteer family.
Whether you've been volunteering with us for years or are simply curious about getting involved, this is the perfect opportunity to connect, celebrate, and learn more in a relaxed, holiday‑inspired atmosphere.
We’ll enjoy treats, games, music, and some fun surprises—all with a cheerful summer twist on the holiday season. Think Santa hats and sunglasses, gift bags, and good vibes all around!
What to Expect:
Volunteer Appreciation activities and shout-outs
Meet & Greet with current volunteers and staff
Info Station to learn about open volunteer roles
Holiday‑inspired snacks and summer fun
This event is all about celebrating the impact of community service, while opening the door for new faces to learn how they can make a difference too.

A support group for people who have experienced sexual assault or sexual abuse and are seeking support from others who understand the impact this has on a person’s mental health. Provided in collaboration with BeLEAF Survivors.

A support group for family members and others who love someone living with mental illness. This support group is offered in a hybrid format.

Veterans Group at VOW
Facilitated by veterans, this support group meets each Tuesday at Veterans Outreach of Wisconsin, and is open to any veteran with a mental health concern.
